Cancellation Arrangements
| If you have to cancel your reservation please inform us as soon as possible. Provided you do this at least 3 days before your date of arrival we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel between 3 and 1 days of your date of arrival any deposit you have sent us to secure your accomodation will not be refunded. If you secured your booking by credit or debit card card we will charge you a 10% (rounded to the nearest £10) cancellation charge. If you cancel a guaranteed reservation within 24 hours of your date of arrival you will be charged in full. |
